Cabinet refreshing. Doors and hardware come off, the boxes are painted in place, the panels are sanded back and finish rolled, and everything goes back on. Hardware is your choice: cleaned and reused, or replaced at additional cost. Gold on a grey cabinet rarely works, and it is worth saying so before the doors come off rather than after.

A colour study, not a photograph of completed work. Colours on a screen are approximate; the final choice is confirmed with a drawdown on your own wall, in your own light.

The Practice

The person holding the brush matters.

Most painting is labor. This is not that. Every room here is painted by the same hand that paints the murals: color chosen in the room's own light at three times of day, cut lines drawn freehand and true, surfaces prepared the way a canvas is prepared, because that is what a wall is.

The site stays clean. The schedule holds. The house is quiet by the agreed hour, and nothing of yours is touched carelessly or photographed without permission.

Murals

The only art that stays with the house.

Commissioned murals painted directly on prepared walls and sealed to last decades. Classical technique, composed for the room it lives in: its light, its sightlines, the height of the ceiling, the way people actually move through it.

Your client will never hear an excuse from us.

You are lending your name when you bring someone into a client's home. Here is what that gets you: schedules that hold, a site left cleaner than it was found, and a person in the house your client will be glad to have met.

Discretion is the default. No client property is named, photographed, or posted. Ever.

The Quiet House

For a small number of clients, the atelier also designs private security and household systems. Owned outright, answerable to no one's cloud, and never discussed on a website. If that sentence means something to you, say so in your inquiry.

Whole rooms and whole houses, cut in by a working fine artist. The finish a good wall deserves, and the patience it takes to get there.

The half nobody photographs and every good job depends on. Coming in first, sanding back the rough, patching what has opened up, and leaving a wall genuinely ready to be looked at again.

Existing painted work brought back rather than replaced. Matched, retouched, and left so the repair is the part you cannot find.

Every commission begins the same way: a conversation about the room, the light and what it is for.

Where we work

Murals, interior painting and preparation, across the islands and neighbourhoods of Greater Miami. Every one of them has its own weather, its own boards and its own building stock, and each asks something different of a painter.

On discretion. Clients ask how many homes we have painted in their neighbourhood. As a courtesy to our clients we do not disclose details of their homes, their work, or their names. Absolute privacy is part of the service, not an exception to it.

The Hand

A working fine artist with a Master of Interdisciplinary Arts in sociology and art, five published books, and work in Vogue and VICE. The paintings hang in Chelsea and Tribeca; the murals stay with the houses. The Sleep of Psyche was featured in Class of Palm Beach and hangs in a Park Avenue residence.
